• No allocation if convicted under Essential Commodities Act 1955

• For Women’s Cooperatives and Self Help Groups, must have own or rented godown and minimum Rs. 1,00,000 working capital
• Applications before advertisement publication not considered
• Incomplete or late applications rejected

• Use prescribed form Schedule-1 for individuals or Schedule-2 for Self Help Groups, Women’s/Ex-Servicemen Cooperatives

• Attach 3 recent color passport photos, one attested on form
• Attach self-attested copies of educational, computer certificates, age proof
• Attach self-attested residential certificate from Circle Officer
