Essential Qualifications
Candidates must possess ANY ONE of the following:
- Option 1: Ph.D. in the relevant subject
- Option 2: Master’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science and Technology / Food Processing Technology / Food Technology and Management with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade
- Option 3: Bachelor’s Degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average
Additional Requirements
- At least 3 years of teaching/research experience (evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/Training/Other engagements)
- Published at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) / NAAS rated (≥4.0) Journal

Terms and Conditions
- The position is purely temporary and contractual (11 months or until regular staff filling).
- No claim/right to regular appointment in the University or any government organization.
- No right for further continuation of contractual service.

- Engagement can be terminated anytime without notice or reason.
- Candidate may leave by giving one-month notice (or pay one-month salary).
