Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification & Experience (post-wise):
• Officer-in-Charge: Graduate. Min 05 yrs work experience in Health Care Institutes or Managerial Positions.
• Medical Officer: MBBS. Min 03 yrs work experience after internship. Preferable additional qualifications in Medicine/Surgery.
• Dental Officer: BDS. Min 03 yrs work experience.
• Dental Hygienist: Diploma Holder in Dental Hyg / Class-I DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces). Min 05 yrs work experience in Dental Laboratory.
• Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma/Class I Nursing Assistants Course (Armed Forces). Min 03 yrs work experience.
• Pharmacist: (i) B Pharm from a recognized Institute OR (ii) 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Approved Diploma in Pharm from PCI recognized Institute and registered as Pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948. Min 03 yrs work experience.
• Clerk: Graduate/Class I Clerical trade (Armed Forces). Min 05 yrs work experience.
• Driver: Class 8th., Class-I MT Driver (Armed Forces) possess a civil driving licence. Min 05 yrs work experience.
• Female Attendant: Literate. Min 05 yrs work experience in Civil/Army Health Institutions.
• Peon: Class 8th or GD trade for Armed Forces. Min 05 yrs work experience.
• Chowkidar: Class 8th or GD trade for Armed Forces Personnel.
• Safaiwala: Literate. Min 05 yrs work experience.

Salary/ Stipend

• Fixed monthly remuneration ranging from Rs.21,800/- pm to Rs.95,000/- pm depending on the post.
• Highest pay: Rs.95,000/- pm for Officer-in-Charge, Medical Officer, Dental Officer.
• Lowest pay: Rs.21,800/- pm for Female Attendant, Peon, Chowkidar, Safaiwala.

Important Dates

Selection Process

• Written test/ Interview (as applicable).
• Shortlisting based on meeting Qualitative Requirements (educational qualifications and work experience).
• 10 days mandatory unpaid On Job Training (OJT) for selected OIC, Medical Officer & Dental Officer before signing contract.

• Preference will be given to Ex-servicemen for all vacancies.
