Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Essential: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum academic performance: 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onward; 55% or equivalent in Class 10th and 12th.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Prior experience in two or more of: Density Functional Theory (DFT), Ab initio Molecular Dynamics, Classical Molecular Dynamics, Kinetic Monte Carlo.
- Excellent programming skills (preferably Python, Fortran, or C++).
- Analytical skills and knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC).
- Added advantage: Expertise in high-throughput computing, machine learning methods, and optimization methods.
Experience Required: Prior relevant computational experience as listed above (post-Ph.D. research experience preferred but not explicitly mandated beyond skills).
Fellowship / Salary
- Post-Doctoral Researcher: INR 72,000/- to 84,000/- per month (Consolidated).
