Essential Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Graduation with minimum 60% marks from recognized University/Institution
• Nationality: Indian Nationals only

Desirable Qualifications

• MBA or PGDM in any stream from reputed national or international institutions

Experience Requirements

• Total Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 years
• Energy Sector Experience: Minimum 5 years in energy sector covering:

  • Startup ecosystem
  • Incubation and accelerator programs
  • Entrepreneurship support
  • Innovation domains

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Deep understanding of startup incubation, innovation, and deep tech ecosystems
• Experience managing funds in government programs and innovation hubs
• Strong track record in developing and managing high-value partnerships (corporate, investor, government)
• Familiarity with procurement, audit processes, and statutory requirements
• Ability to design and execute collaborative programs delivering measurable value
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate opportunities into sustainable initiatives
• Ability to engage with founders, mentors, and technical experts
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and resource mobilization

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the Centre of Excellence for Energy Transition (CoEET)
• Drive innovation and entrepreneurship in energy transition ecosystem
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the centre
• Manage partnerships with startups, corporates, investors, and government agencies
• Oversee incubation and acceleration programs
• Manage centre’s finances and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with board and external stakeholders
• Design and execute programs delivering measurable value to ecosystem partners
