- Experience: Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience
- Specialized Experience: Minimum 12 years in Finance, Audit, Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management functions of NBFC, Banks, or Financial Institutions
- Government Background: Must be a retired official from Central Government, State Government, CPSUs, State PSU, or Autonomous Body from rank not below E6 level or equivalent
