Eligibility Criteria

• M.Sc. in Marine Biology / Marine Science / Biotechnology / Life Sciences

Desirable: Experience in seaweed farming & marine field sampling / Diving certificate

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age Relaxation: As per CSIR norms

Salary / Stipend

• Rs. 31,000/- + HRA per month (for candidates who have qualified CSIR/UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET / GATE or equivalent national level examinations)
• Rs. 25,000/- + HRA per month (for other candidates)

Walk-In Procedure

Candidates who wish to attend the walk-in interview for CSIR-CSMCRI Project Associate-I Recruitment 2026 should follow the steps below.

• Walk-in Interview will be conducted on 06 March 2026 at 09:30 AM at CSIR-CSMCRI Marine Algal Research Station, Mandapam camp-623519, Tamil Nadu.
