Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat area.
- The candidate must be at least a graduate.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years
- Maximum Age limit: 35 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Salary
- The appointed Supply Assistant will receive a maximum monthly honorarium of Rs. 8,000/-.
- However, this honorarium should not exceed 80 percent of the total commission received from the Gram Panchayat Public Distribution System.
Selection Process
- A merit list will be prepared by taking 30%, 30%, and 40% of the marks obtained in the Matriculation, +2, and +3 examinations respectively, and the candidate in the first position will be appointed with the approval of the Sub-Collector.
How to Apply
- The application form along with the following required certificates should reach the office of the Block Development Officer, Barkote, Dist- Deogarh, Odisha – 768110 by Registered/Speed Post by 09.02.2026.
- Applications received after the said date will not be considered. Applications received through any other means other than Registered/Speed Post will not be accepted.
Applicants must submit self-attested photocopies of the following required certificates along with the application form.
- Matriculation, +2 and +3 examination pass certificates and mark sheets.
