Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Matric Pass
• Essential Qualification: Proficiency in respective trade (Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian cooking for Cook and Water Carrier; Barber work for Barber; Washing for Dhobi; Sweeping for Sweeper)

Salary / Stipend

• ₹22,000/- per month (fixed honorarium)

Age Limit (as on 01-12-2025)

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 40 years

Application Fee

• ₹100/- (Banker’s Cheque / Demand Draft / Postal Order in favor of COMMANDANT, Bihar SDRF)

General Information / Instructions

• Reservation benefits as per Bihar Government rules.
• Applicants must be original residents of Bihar for reservation based on caste.
• Married women must have certificates in father’s name.
• Horizontal reservation for women (35%), disabled, and freedom fighter grandchildren.
• No TA/DA for interview/test.
• Selected candidates may be deputed outside the state if needed.
• Posts and vacancies may be changed as required.
• Commandant’s decision final in disputes.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
