Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline plus Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference will be given to candidates having degree in LAW.
- Essential qualifications: Associate/Fellow Membership of ICSI.
- Desirable: Degree in Law.
- Experience: Minimum 07 years post qualification experience (ACS) w.r.t. Company Secretarial functions in a Company only having paid up share capital of Rs. 100 Crore or more or Turnover of Rs. 1000 crores or more in any of the last three financial years viz. 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. (Kindly attach documentary proof thereof). Candidates with working experience in Aviation Industry, preferably in MRO will be given preference.
Salary/Stipend
- Consolidated monthly salary: Rs.1,20,000/- (All inclusive).
- Annual increment: Rs. 2,700/-.
Age Limit (as on 01-02-2026)
- Maximum Age: 45 years for others.
- Maximum Age: 62 years for serving/retired employees of PSUs.
