- Librarian: Master’s in Library Science + 10 years experience + Ph.D.
- Deputy Librarian: Master’s in Library Science + 8 years experience + Ph.D.
- Assistant Librarian: Master’s in Library Science + NET / Ph.D.
- University Assistant Director Physical Education: Master’s in Physical Education + NET / Ph.D. + Sports representation
- Deputy Finance Officer / Deputy Registrar / Internal Audit Officer / Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree (55%) + 9 years experience (or equivalent CA/CS/ICWA)
- Principals: Master’s + B.Ed. + 12 years teaching / administrative experience
- Medical Superintendent: PG Medical Degree + 10 years teaching experience

- Deputy Librarian / Deputy Finance Officer / Deputy Registrar / Internal Audit Officer / Principals: Pay Level AL-12 (Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200)
- Assistant Librarian / Assistant Registrar / Assistant Director Physical Education: Pay Level AL-10 (Rs. 57,700 – 1,82,400)
