Eligibility Details
Trainer – Mechanical / Metallurgy / Electrical & Electronics
- Master’s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline from AICTE approved institution with minimum 5 years relevant experience
OR - B.E./B.Tech in relevant Engineering discipline from AICTE approved institution with minimum 7 years relevant experience
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in Integrated Steel Plant / Secondary Steel Industries
- Experience in Government PSU will be an added advantage
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 45 years as on 01 June 2025
Pay & Allowances
- Maximum consolidated remuneration: ₹1,50,000/- per month
- Remuneration is consolidated and subject to institute norms
Terms & Conditions
- Initial probation period of one year
- Posts are purely temporary and contractual
- No claim for regular absorption in BPNSI
- Posting will be at Kalinganagar, Jajpur, Odisha
- Candidates who applied under earlier notification No. BPNSI/P&A/PERS/12/2025 need not apply again
