Central Bank of India Office Assistant, Attender and More Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details 

Office Assistant:

• Qualifications: Shall be graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com/with computer knowledge.
• Essential qualifications: Shall be fluent in spoken and written local language. Shall be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally & Internet. Skill in typing in local language is essential, typing skills in English an added advantage.
• Desirable: Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification. Fluency in Hindi/English would be an added qualification.
• experience: Should be resident of the same district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.

Attender/Sub Staff:

• Qualifications: Shall be matriculate/ 10th Standard passed.
• Essential qualifications: Should be well conversant with the local language.
• Desirable: N/A
• experience: Should be resident of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.

Watchman cum Gardener:

• Qualifications: Should be passed 7th Standard
• Essential qualifications: Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/horticulture.
• Desirable: N/A
• experience: Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/horticulture. Should be resident of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.

Salary/Stipend

• Office Assistant: Rs. 20000/- and allowances *
• Attender/Sub Staff: The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.14000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.
• Watchman cum Gardener: 12000/- and allowances *

Age Limit (as on 31-01-2026)

• Minimum age: 22
• Maximum age: 40

Selection Process

• The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview.
• Personal interview to assess communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem solving abilities to get along with the trainees, developmental approach.
• The decision of the Society/Trust/Bank in this regard shall be final.
