Manager (Technical)
- Full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer Technology with 8 years post-qualification experience in Polymers/Plastics OR Ph.D. in Engineering or Science with relevant experience
- At least 3 years experience in pay matrix Level-11 or 8 years total experience in Government / PSU / Autonomous Bodies / Research Institutions or equivalent
Senior Technical Officer
- Full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer Technology with 5 years post-qualification experience OR Ph.D. in Engineering or Science
- At least 3 years experience in Level-10 or 8 years total experience in Government / PSU / Autonomous Bodies or equivalent
Manager (P&A)
- Graduation in any discipline with MBA / PG Diploma in Public Administration / HR / Personnel / Purchase / Finance with minimum 55% marks
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in HR/Administration
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and knowledge of Government rules
Age Limit
- Manager (Technical) & Manager (P&A): Up to 45 Years
- Senior Technical Officer: Up to 40 Years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules
Pay & Allowances
- Pay Matrix Level-12 & Level-11 as per 7th CPC
- Dearness Allowance, HRA, Transport Allowance and other benefits as per CIPET rules
