• Qualification: Master’s in Social Work or Sociology or Psychology or Child Development or 3-year degree in Child Education and Advancement or Protection Issues.
• Experience: Prior experience required. As per 2020 POCSO Rule 5(6), staff from institutions and children’s homes that perform well in support person work are eligible.

Salary/ Stipend

• Honorarium determined according to the Minimum Wages Act 1948.
• Actual travel allowance for field work provided.

Age Limit

• Age should not exceed 42 years.

• Selected support persons must work for 3 years.
• This position is not permanent.
