Specialists (Full Time / Part Time Contractual) – 14 Posts
Senior Residents – 29 Posts (26 as per detailed breakup)
Super Specialist (Part Time / Full Time) – 1 Post
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification (Specialists): PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university with 3 years’ experience after PG Degree or 5 years’ experience post Diploma.
- Qualification (Senior Residents): PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university. Non-PG: 2 years of experience in concerned department.
- Qualification (Super Specialist): Post-Graduation qualification in concerned specialty + DM/M.Ch in concerned Super Specialty. Must be registered with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
Salary/ Stipend
- As per Central Government rules adopted by ESIC (on no work no pay basis).
- Consolidated Remuneration for Super Specialist as per ESIC orders dated 13.04.2022 and 02.02.2021.
Age Limit (as on date of interview)
- Specialists and Super Specialist: Less than 69 years.
- Senior Residents: Not exceeding 45 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH as per rules).

Selection Process
General Information / Instructions
- Preference given to full time specialists; part time only if full time not available.
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD as per Central Government rules.
- Selected candidates must have professional indemnity policy (Rs 10-30 lakhs based on specialty).
- Tenure: 1 year extendable up to 3 years subject to approval and performance; terminable earlier if regular candidate joins or on 1 month’s notice.
- No TA/DA for interview/joining.
- Security deposit of Rs. 50,000/- (refundable) required at joining.
- Agreement on Rs. 100/- stamp paper (borne by candidate).
- No claim for regular appointment, PF, Pension, Gratuity, etc.
- No hostel/quarters/uniform provided.
- No work no pay principle applicable.
- Part time specialists: Minimum 16 hours/week, no leave entitlement.
- Candidates who completed 3 years Senior Residency need not apply for Senior Resident posts.

- Eligible candidates to appear for walk-in interview with duly filled application form (in prescribed format).
- Bring original certificates + one set of self-attested photocopies for Age, Qualification, Category, Experience, MCI/State Registration, and 2 recent passport size photographs.
