Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: SSLC / VHSE Pass for SSLC Trainee; Pass in ITI for ITI Trainee; B.Sc (Any Stream) for Graduate Trainee.
- Those who are over qualified will not be considered.
- Those who have undergone training once in HLL in similar position (SSLC/ITI Trainee) are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply.
Salary/ Stipend
- Engagement is under Training & Development Scheme for 3 Years (stipend only, no claim for regular employment).
- SSLC Trainee: 1st Year Rs.9,000/-, 2nd Year Rs.10,000/-, 3rd Year Rs.11,500/- Per Month.
- ITI Trainee: 1st Year Rs.9,500/-, 2nd Year Rs.10,500/-, 3rd Year Rs.12,000/- Per Month.
- Graduate Trainee: 1st Year Rs.10,000/-, 2nd Year Rs.11,000/-, 3rd Year Rs.12,500/- Per Month.
Age Limit (as on 01-02-2026)
- SSLC Trainee and ITI Trainee: Above 18 years and below 30 years.
- Graduate Trainee: Above 20 years and below 30 years.

Selection Process
- Walk-in Selection Test.
- Candidates must report by the specified time; reporting after 12:00 noon will not be allowed.
General Information/ Instructions
- Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- The training will not confer any claim for regular employment in the Company.
- The training is for 3 years only, which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice.
- Training will be at Akkulam Factory, Thiruvananthapuram.
- Selected candidates will have to undergo training in shifts.
How to Apply
- Interested candidates are requested to attend the Walk-in Selection Test by downloading and filling up the attached Blank Application form from the HLL website.
- Bring duly completed Application Form along with self-attested copy of: Original certificates to prove age, qualification and experience if any; SC/ST certificates; OBC Non Creamy Layer certificates; One recent passport size photograph.
- Incomplete application or without self-attested copies will not be processed.
