Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, with five years’ post qualification exp. or PhD + two years post qualification experience. Age: 45 years as on the last date of application (relaxation in age will be applicable as per ICMR norms).
• Desired Work Experience: PhD with First-class M.Sc./M.S. (Pharm.)/M.Pharm./M.Tech (Pharm.) or an equivalent degree in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in organic synthesis, including the synthesis and functionalization of carbocyclic and heterocyclic small molecules intended for drug discovery. Proven experience in transition-metal catalysis, multi-step synthesis, and C-H bond functionalization, is highly desirable.
• Exp. in green and sustainable chemistry will be an added advantage.

Salary/ Stipend

• ₹78,000 per month plus HRA, as admissible. The approximate total emoluments are ₹1,01,400 per month.
