- M.Sc. (Yoga) with 1 year experience
- M.A. (Yoga) with 1 year experience
- PG Diploma (minimum 1-year course) with 2 years experience
- Yoga Wellness Instructor Certificate from Yoga Certification Board, New Delhi with 1 year experience
