Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Passed 12th from recognized board.
• Essential Qualification: Good communication skills.
• Desirable Qualification: Experienced applicants will be given priority. Applicants working in emergency helpline field will be given priority.

Salary/ Stipend

• Rs. 16,000/- per month (lump sum).

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)

• Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years.
• Relaxation in upper age limit as per Chhattisgarh Government instructions, but maximum age limit including all relaxations will not exceed 45 years.

Selection Process

• Merit list prepared based on marking system from applications.
• Personal interview and skill test (where applicable).
• 60% marks for percentage in minimum educational qualification.
• 2 marks per year after minimum experience, up to 10 marks.
• Bonus 2 marks per year for emergency helpline experience, up to 10 marks.
• 20 marks for interview/skill test.
• Candidates called for interview in 1:5 ratio per post.

General Information/ Instructions

• Educational qualification from recognized institution/university only.
• Applicant must be local resident of Chhattisgarh with domicile certificate.
• Reservation as per Chhattisgarh Public Service (Reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes) Act, 1994.
• Candidate who married before minimum marriage age is ineligible.
• Candidate married to person with living spouse is ineligible unless exempted by government.
• Experience certificates from employer for full-time work only.
• Voluntary service not considered as experience.
• Government/semi-government employees need No Objection Certificate.
• Appointed staff governed by Chhattisgarh Civil Services Conduct Rules 1965.
• Appointment authority: District Collector (ex-officio Chairman, District Child Welfare and Protection Committee).
• In case of tie in merit, older candidate preferred; if age same, higher marks in minimum qualification.
• Waiting list: 25% or 3 candidates, whichever higher, valid for 1 year.
• Appointment initially for maximum 3 years or scheme duration.
• Extension based on performance, up to 3 years at a time.
• Temporary appointment, can be terminated with 1 month notice or pay.
• Posts limited to scheme duration by Government of India.
